SHOULD I ARRIVE WITH CLEAN OR DIRTY HAIR?

Please arrive with clean and dry hair when coming for a color service.  It is a myth that it is better to come with dirty hair.  Highlights lift much better and more evenly on clean hair.  For single process, I mainly use ammonia free color.  Therefore the natural oil barrier is not needed.

IS THERE PARKING?

Both Los Angeles and OC locations have valet parking for a small fee.  Both locations also have street parking if preferred.  However I always recommend valet as there is no limit on time so you can relax and enjoy your appointment.

DOES A BLOWOUT COME WITH A COLOR SERVICE?

All services are a la carte.  Booking a color service without a blowout or haircut is highly discouraged.  I always recommend you book the full edit. 

IS A TRIM THE SAME PRICE AS A HAIRCUT?

Yes. The same amount of work goes into the process of a trim and a haircut. It’s not about how much I cut, but what I leave on your head.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

For appointments cancelled within 48 hours, we will charge 50% of the service total. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the service total.
